Frequently Asked Questions

Relax while I take care of your wedding video

Why have a wedding film?
Photographs can only do so much, a film can take you back to the moment. I capture moments that to some might be insignificent but to you will take you back in time. Listening back to conversations, seeing family and friends on your big day, you can watch and listen again and again.

Will you get in the way?
No. I am unobtrusive. Unless you want me to film some staged shots you will not know I am there!

Do you need feeding on the day?
No. I will have a break when the wedding breakfast is served and I will supply my own lunch. If you would like to feed me I won’t say no!

How do I book you?
You can call me or use the contact form on the website. I will discuss your plans and when you are happy I will send you a contract for you to read and sign. When I receive the signed contract I will ask for a £150 deposit which will confirm your booking. I will need your outstanding payment 4 weeks before your day.

Do we need to meet with you before the wedding?
If you want to. Everyone is different. We can communicate through email if you don’t have time to meet or we can chat over a coffee in your town. It is entirely up to you.

How long will my film be?
I will edit you a montage of your day which will be around 3-5 minutes. Your main wedding film will be around 40 minutes.

When will I receive my film?
I will edit your montage within 3-4 weeks and I will send you a link to view on Vimeo. Your full wedding film should be completed within 6 weeks.

Can I choose the music for my films?

How do I get my film?
I will post all of your DVD’s to you. You will have stylish DVD cases and personalised artwork on your disks.

Are you a photographer aswell?
No. Video’s only I’m afraid.

What areas do you cover?
I am based in Leeds but will travel 50 miles from my hometown. After 50 miles there will be a mileage charge.
